A big warm wine with a southern character. Aromatically, it first opens with discreet, noble notes of the barrique, which are not overemphasized and which are integrated into the very structure of the wine. In the second layer of the aromatic profile, notes of bitter orange peel, dried chamomile and ripe yellow fruit follow. The body is extractive with a typical varietal signature at the very end in the form of mild bitter tones. The ideal wine for hedonistic gatherings and special moments.

Chardonnay Terra Madre which aged in oak goes well with shellfish, meat and game dishes as well as with hard cheeses. It is best when served at a temperature of 12 to 14 degrees.
